Tyrolean Style Hard Cake
Ingredients
4 C. flour
3/4 pound butter, softened
6 ounces pecans, chopped
6 ounces walnuts, chopped
Rind of 2 lemons, grated
1 3/4 C. sugar
Cooking Instructions
Mix all ingredients by hand. Mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle in 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 325 degrees 40-45 minutes. When cool cut into squares.
