Turkey With Lemon
Ingredients
2 pounds turkey breast to 3 pounds
1/4 C. lemon juice
1 tsp. rosemary
1 tsp. oregano
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 C. dry white wine
Salt to taste
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
2 garlic cloves
Cooking Instructions
Put all ingredients turkey skin side down in crock pot and cook on low 6 to 8 hours, basting turkey if possible.
