Turkey Pate
Ingredients
1 pack onion soup mix
1 C. sour cream
1/3 C. mayonnaise
2 C. minced cooked turkey
1/2 C. pecans, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. pimento, chopped
2 Tbsp. parsley, minced
paprika
assorted crackers
Cooking Instructions
Combine soup mix with sour cream and mayonnaise. Stir in turkey, nuts and pimento. Refrigerate for several hours for flavors to meld and mixture to thicken. Mound on a platter, sprinkle with parsley and paprika. Serve chilled with crackers.
