Turkey Mac Skillet
Ingredients
1 lb. ground turkey breast
2 tsp. oil
1 C. (4-oz.) uncooked elbow macaroni
1 C. thinly sliced celery
1 medium tomato, chopped
Sauce:
1 C. water
1/2 C. thick and chunky salsa
2 (8-oz.) cans no-salt-added
tomato sauce
Cooking Instructions
Brown ground turkey in oil in large skillet; drain. Stir in all remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes or until macaroni is of desired doneness.
