Turkey Bacon Tuna Burgers
Ingredients
6 slices turkey bacon
1 egg
2 cans (7-oz. each) tuna, undrained
6 tomato slices
1 tsp. mustard
1/3 C. low-fat mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. minced onion
3 hamburger buns
Cooking Instructions
Cook bacon; beat egg; add tuna, mustard, mayonnaise, onion, bread crumbs, and mix well. Spoon onto bottom halves of buns. Broil 6 inches away from the heat until brown; for about 6 minutes. Top each with a tomato slice and two pieces of bacon. Cover with top of buns which you have toasted lightly before.
