Tuna Stuffed Peppers
Ingredients
2 C. tomato juice
1 can tomato paste 6 oz.
2 cans tuna (7 oz. each) drained
2 Tbsp. dried onion flakes
2 Tbsp. dried vegetable flakes
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
4 medium green peppers tops removed and seeded
Cooking Instructions
Mix juice and paste. Reserve one C.. Mix remaining ingredients except peppers with remaining juice mixture. Fill peppers with meat mixture. Place in crock pot. Pour reserved juice mixture over peppers. Cover and cook on low setting for 8 to 9 hours.
