Tropical Kabobs
Ingredients
3 C. combined fruits (peaches, nectarines, mangoes, papaya, cut into bite-sized pieces)
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. brandy
1 Tbsp. honey
2 tsp. cinnamon
Cooking Instructions
Sprinkle fruit with remaining ingredients. Prepare an outside grill with an oiled rack set 6 inches above heat source. On a gas grill, set heat to medium. Thread fruit onto skewers; if using wooden skewers, soak in warm water for at least 15 minutes before using. Grill, turning constantly, for 10 minutes until fruit is caramelized. Serve hot.
