Top Of Stove Spareribs
Ingredients
3 pounds spareribs or pork chops
3/4 C. water
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 onions sliced
1 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
3/4 C. catsup
2 Tbsp. brown. sugar packed
2 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 Tbsp. oil
Cooking Instructions
Season meat, brown in oil. Add sliced onions. Mix other ingredients. Cover and let simmer about. 3 hrs, or until tender.
