Ingredients

10 1/2 ounce(s) firm tofu
1/4 C.(s) vegetable oil
1/4 C.(s) confectioners sugar
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. vanilla

Cooking Instructions

Combine all ingredients and blend in blender until smooth. Serve immediately or chill.
