Teriyaki Beefporkchicken
Ingredients
1/2 C. sugar
1/3 C. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. salt [ 1 tsp. Accent (optional)
1 lg. garlic bud, crushed
2 lbs. beef steaks, pork steaks, or chicken
Cooking Instructions
Combine all ingredients, except meat, to make a thick paste. Marinate beef or pork or chicken for at least 2 hours. Charcoal broil over hot coals or broil in oven. Pork and chicken should be cooked longer over lower heat.
