Teriyaki Barbecued Turkey Thighs
Ingredients
4 turkey thighs (each about 3/4 lb.)
3/4 C. teriyaki sauce
1/4 C. unsweetened pineapple juice
Cooking Instructions
Bone turkey thighs, leaving skins intact; place in large plastic bag. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over turkey. Press air out of bag, tie top securely. Refrigerate overnight; turn bag over occasionally. Place turkey on grill about 6 inches from moderate-hot coals. Cook for 45 minutes, or until meat thermometer inserted into thickest part registers 180. Turn pieces over frequently.
