Tantalizing Baked Chicken
Ingredients
1 C. oats, uncooked
1/3 C. grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 broiler-fryer chicken (2-1/2 to 3-1/2 lb.), cut up
1/3 C. milk
1/4 C. margarine or butter; melted
Cooking Instructions
Heat oven to 375. Place dry ingredients in blender container or food processor bowl; cover. Blend or process for about 1 minute, stopping occasionally to stir. Coat chicken pieces with oat mixture; dip into milk. Coat again with oat mixture. Place in 15×10-inch jelly roll pan; drizzle with margarine. Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until juices run clear when chicken is pierced with fork.
