Tangy Buttermilk Cheese Bread
Ingredients
1/2 pound loaf
1 1/8 C. buttermilk
3 C. bread flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
3/4 C. grated extra-sharp cheese
1 1/2 tsp. yeast
Cooking Instructions
Use extra sharp cheese. Bake light.
