Ingredients

3 C. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
1 C. chopped nuts
1 1/2 C. oil
1 small can crushed pineapple
2 C. sugar
2 C. grated raw sweet potatoes
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. nutmeg
Icing
1/4 butter
6 ounces cream cheese
1 pound box of powdered sugar
1 C. chopped nuts

Cooking Instructions

Mix oil and sugar. Add eggs. Mix in flour with spices in. Add pineapple and grated potatoes. Add vanilla and nuts. Pour into greased floured baking pan. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. While you are baking it, make icing. Mix together ingredients. Ice cake while still warm.
