Ingredients

1/2 C. water
1/3 C. sweet potato; peeled chopped
milk
3/4 apple; peeled, shredded
1 1/2 tsp. margarine; or butter
2 1/3 C. bread flour
2 tsp. brown sugar
3/4 tsp. active dry yeast

Cooking Instructions

In a small saucepan combine the water and potato. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Cook covered, about 8 minutes or till very tender. Mash potato in the water. Measure the potato-water mixture. Add enough milk to make 2/3 C. total. Cool to room temperature. Add ingredients to machine according to manufacturer’s directions.
