Ingredients

1 1/2 tsp. yeast
1 3/4 C. flour, bread
3/4 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. milk, powdered
1 Tbsp. butter
1 eggs
1/2 C. water; warm
1 tsp. water; warm

Cooking Instructions

Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in order. Set “baking control” at 10 o’clock. Select “sweet bread” and push Start.
