Ingredients

1 C. milk
4 Tbsp. butter
1 egg
1/4 C. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cardamom
3 C. bread flour
2 1/2 tsp. yeast
2/3 C. raisins
2/3 C. sliced citron
2 Tbsp. chopped almonds; optional

Cooking Instructions

Proceed according to the directions for your machine. It is better if the fruit is added toward the end of the first mixing cycle, or when the machine beeps if you have that feature.
