Ingredients

2 tsp. bread machine yeast
3 C. bread flour
1/4 C. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. margarine, corn oil etc.
1/2 C. milk
1/2 C. water

Cooking Instructions

Add ingredients in order listed. All ingredients should be room temperature. Bread machine yeast in jar recommended. Also recommend careful measurements i.e.; Spoon the flour in Measure C. and level off with a knife (avoids packing flour). Dipping the flour with measure C. packs it in and results in too much flour.
