Sugarless Cake
Ingredients
1 C. raisins
2 C. water
1 egg, beaten
1/2 C. shortening
1 C. rolled oats
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. artificial sweetener
1 C. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
Cooking Instructions
Combine raisins and water and cinnamon in saucepan under low heat for 15 minutes. Let cool. Add beaten egg and shortening, oats, sweetener and vanilla. Sift flour, salt, soda and cinnamon. Mix all together well. Pour into a greased 1 layer cake pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
