Sugar Free Pecan Pie
Ingredients
9-inch unbaked crust
1 C. feather light sugar free maple syrup
4 eggs
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
6 packages Sweet ‘n Low
2 Tbsp. oleo
1 C. pecans
Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Beat eggs slightly; add syrup and vanilla. Melt oleo and mix. Add salt and Sweet ‘n Low sweetener. Beat well; add pecans. Stir and pour in pie shell. Bake for about 60 minutes, or until center is firm.
