Sugar Free Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
1/2 C. softened margarine
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 C. nonfat dry milk
1/2 C. Sugar Twin
1/4 C. water
1 C. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 oz. diabetic choc candy, diced
Cooking Instructions
Cream together margarine and Sugar Twin. Add egg, vanilla, nonfat dry milk, and water. Beat 1 minute at medium speed. Fold in chocolate candy. Drop from tsp. onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 20 to 25 minutes.
