Strawberry Rhubarb Sauce
Ingredients
8 C. sliced rhubarb, fresh or frozen
1 small package diet strawberry gelatin (makes 2 C.)
8 oz. canned crushed pineapple in unsweetened juice
Cooking Instructions
Simmer rhubarb in 1/2 to 1 C. water until rhubarb is soft. Remove from heat. Stir in gelatin and pineapple with juice. Refrigerate.
