Strawberry Cake
Ingredients
1 package white cake mix
1 package strawberry gelatin
1/2 C. frozen strawberries
1/2 C. cold water
1 C. oil
4 eggs
Icing:
1 pound powdered sugar
1/4 C. butter of margarine, melted
1/2 C. frozen strawberries
Cooking Instructions
Dissolve gelatin in cold water. Mix Jell-O and cake mix together. Add oil and mix on medium speed. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well. Add berries. Bake at 325 for 30-45 minutes in greased bundt pan. Icing: Cream butter, powdered sugar and strawberries together. Spread on cooled cake.
