Ingredients

1/4 C. low fat yogurt, put in custard C.
4 to 5 packages Equal sweetener
4 strawberries, fresh or thawed
1 dash nutmeg

Cooking Instructions

For each serving, mix yogurt with Equal and a dash of nutmeg. Then add strawberries and stir.
