Spinach With Sesame And Garlic
Ingredients
2 pounds fresh spinach
1 tsp. sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
Cooking Instructions
Rinse spinach leaves well and trim large stems. In a large nonstick, heat sesame oil and Saute garlic. Add wet spinach leaves and cook until wilted, about 5 minutes. Drain; stir in toasted sesame seeds. Serve warm, or at room temperature.
