Spinach Vegetable Dip
Ingredients
8 oz. yogurt, plain, low fat
1 C. mayonnaise, reduced calorie
3/4 package leek soup mix
10 oz. spinach, frozen, chopped, drained
1/2 C. parsley
1/2 C. green onions, chopped
1 tsp. dill, dry
1 tsp. Italian salad dressing mix
Cooking Instructions
In a food processor, combine all ingredients; mix well until well incorporated. Place in an airtight container and refrigerate. Just before serving, place in a bowl and surround with raw vegetables.
