Spinach Salad
Ingredients
1 bunch spinach, washed and stemmed
1/4 pound bean sprouts
1/4 pound scallops, cooked
1 clove garlic, minced
1/8 tsp. salt substitute
1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1/8 C. mushrooms, fresh
1/8 Tbsp. pimento
dash pepper
Cooking Instructions
Toss all ingredients together in a salad bowl. Cover and chill before serving.
