Spinach Apple Salad
Ingredients
1 pound spinach, fresh
1 C. apple, chopped
1/2 C. celery, chopped
1/4 C. cider vinegar
1/4 C. oil
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. caraway seed
1/4 tsp. white pepper, ground
Cooking Instructions
Remove stems from spinach. Wash leaves thoroughly and pat dry. Tear into bite-sized pieces Combine spinach, apple, and celery in a large bowl. Combine vinegar and remaining ingredients in a small saucepan; bring to a boil. Pour over spinach mixture; toss well. Serve immediately.
