Spicy Southwestern Rice
Ingredients
2 C. water
1 C. raw brown rice
2/3 C. onion chopped
2/3 C. green pepper chopped
6 oz. pasteurized process cheese spread with jalapenos cubed
2 tomatoes chopped
Cooking Instructions
Combine water, rice, onion and green pepper in greased crock. Cover and cook for 4 to 5 hours. Stir in cheese and tomatoes 1 hour before serving.
