Ingredients

3 1/3 C. whole wheat flour one hundred percent
3 Tbsp. vital gluten or gluten flour
1 1/2 tsp. lecithin granules
1 1/2 Tbsp. dry milk powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 Tbsp. butter, margarine or veg oil
1 1/2 Tbsp. barley malt liquid
1 1/3 C. water (11 fl ounce)
1 1/2 tsp. yeast, red star quick-rise

Cooking Instructions

Place all in order given in your bread machine and follow manufacturers instructions for best results. This recipe can be made with the regular, rapid or delayed time bake cycles.
