Spaghetti With Turkey Sauce
Ingredients
3/4 pound ground turkey
30-oz. jar Garden Variety Spaghetti sauce, chunky
1/4 tsp. pepper, to taste
12 oz. hot spaghetti, cooked without salt
sage leaves, fresh, (optional)
Cooking Instructions
Over medium-high heat, heat a 10-inch skillet for 1 minute. Add turkey. Cook until no longer pink, stirring to separate meat. Add spaghetti sauce and pepper. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over spaghetti. Garnish with fresh sage leaves, if desired.
