Soy Honey Glazed Chicken Breasts
Ingredients
1/2 C. soy sauce
1/4 C. minced green onions
2 tsp. minced garlic
2 tsp. grated ginger root (or several slices)
2 Tbsp. dry white wine
4 chicken breast halves, skinned
Cooking Instructions
Combine all ingredients except chicken. Put in shallow non-metallic container. Add chicken and marinate 30 minutes to 1 hour. Grill over hot coals, about 45 minutes, brushing with reserved marinade to keep moist. 4 servings. 181 calories each.
