Ingredients

1 C. buttermilk
2 C. bread flour
1/2 C. cornbread mix; jiffy
1 tsp. pimento; chopped
4 dram tabasco
3/4 C. cheddar cheese, grated sharp
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. dry yeast
1/2 C. corn; canned

Cooking Instructions

Add ingredients according to the directions on your Bread maker. Process on the basic bread cycle according to the manufacturer’s directions.
