Southern Bread
Ingredients
1 1/2 pound loaf
1 1/2 tsp. active dry yeast
2 Tbsp. wheat germ
1 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. dry milk
3 C. bread flour
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. butter
9 ounces warm water

6 ounces warm water
Cooking Instructions
Put ingredients in pan in order suggested by manufacturer. For Panasonic/National machines, use 2 tsp. of yeast for 1 1/2 pound loaf. For DAK/Welbilt machines, add 2 extra Tbls. of warm water to the 1 1/2 pound loaf. For Toastmaster use setting #3 basic (light).
