Ingredients

1/2 C. milk; plus 2 Tbsp. milk
1 C. sourdough starter
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 egg; beaten
2 Tbsp. butter; melted
1/2 tsp. dried basil; crumbled
1/2 tsp. dried oregano; crumbled
3 Tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
1/4 C. pepperoni; finely minced
3 C. flour
1 1/2 tsp. yeast

Cooking Instructions

Place all in order given in your bread machine and follow manufacturers instructions for best results. This recipe can be made with the regular, rapid or delayed time bake cycles.
