Ingredients

2 tsp. yeast
2 Tbsp. vital gluten, optional
4 C. whole wheat flour
2/3 tsp. salt
1/2 C. diced onions
2/3 C. milk
1 1/3 C. starter

Cooking Instructions

Place all in order given in your bread machine and follow manufacturers instructions for best results. This recipe can be made with the sweet bread cycle.
