Sour Cream Spice Cake
Ingredients
1/3 C. margarine
3 Tbsp. granulated brown sugar replacement
2 eggs
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 C. flour (sifted)
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 C. water
1 C. sour cream
1/2 C. raisins
1/4 C. walnuts chopped
Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour a 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Cream together the margarine and sugar replacement. Add eggs and beat well. Beat in the cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg. Sift together the flour, baking soda, powder and salt. Sift into the creamed mixture alternately with the water. Stir in the sour cream, raisins and nuts. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes. Let cool.
