Skillet Pork Chops
Ingredients
4 Tbsp. crisco
4 to 8 chops (1/2-inch)
1/2 C. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
3/4 C. water
Cooking Instructions
Cook chops with flour, salt and pepper; brown in oil. Remove chops; add soup and water to drippings. Mix until blended mixture will be lumpy. Replace chops and cover. Simmer about 45 minutes. Suggested servings: Cook rice and use soup mixture as a sauce for rice.
