Skillet Orange Glazed Pork Chops
Ingredients
1 Tbsp. salad oil
6 pork chops (1/2 inch thick)
1/4 C. orange marmalade
2 Tbsp. water
2 Tbsp. lite soy sauce
Cooking Instructions
About 20 minutes before serving: In a 12-inch skillet over high heat, in hot oil, cook pork chops until they lose pink color and are lightly browned on both sides. Stir in orange marmalade, water and soy sauce; heat through. To serve, arrange pork chops on warm platter; spoon marmalade mixture over chops.
