Skillet Fish 2
Ingredients
Take your favorite fish as in cod, redfish, flounder, trout, red snapper, drum and season to taste with:
Garlic powder
Lemon-herb pepper
Lemon pepper seasoning
Italian seasoning
Creole seasoning
Cholula brand hot sauce (optional)
Cooking Instructions
Spray a hot skillet with Pam and cook, covered, over medium heat until flaky. Do not turn the fish over. Serve over saffron rice with Chinese vegetable.
