Skillet Cabbage
Ingredients
1 C. thinly sliced cabbage
1/4 C. finely chopped green pepper
1/2 C. diced celery
1/4 C. water
1/4 C. diced onion
1/2 C. chopped tomato
1 Tbsp. vinegar
Cooking Instructions
Combine ingredients in large skillet. Cover and cook over low heat 5 to 10 minutes. Vegetables should be firm when ready.
