Short Ribs With Vegetables
Ingredients
3 1/2 pounds beef short ribs
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 large onion cut into wedges
1 C. water
1 C. tomato ketchup
1/3 C. red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. paprika
1 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. salt
4 medium potatoes peeled
4 medium carrots pared, cubed
1 Tbsp. cornstarch optional
1/4 C. water
Cooking Instructions
Mix all ingredients at cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
