Sheephead And Sauce
Ingredients
Sheephead (fish) fillets
Salt
Water
Ice
Cocktail sauce
Cooking Instructions
Cut fillets in 1/2 inch chunks. Bring water to boil and drop Sheephead chunks in, boil for 3 minutes; remove from water immediately drop into ice water for 3 minutes, remove; dip into cocktail sauce.
