Seven Fish
Ingredients
1 lb. fish fillets
2 C. pancake mix
2 eggs
1/2 can 7-Up
Cooking Instructions
Cut fish in 2″ strips. Roll in pancake mix. Chill for 2 or 3 hours. Combine 2 cups pancake mix, 2 eggs and 1/2 can 7-Up to make batter. Dip fish in batter and fry in hot deep fat.
