Sesame Snapper
Ingredients
2 lbs. snapper fillets
1/2 C. sesame seeds
1/4 C. melted butter
Cooking Instructions
Lightly brush both sides of fillets with melted butter. Roll fillets in sesame seeds. Grill over medium-hot coals for about 4 minutes per side. Serves 4.
