Sesame Asparagus
Ingredients
8 oz. (2 packages) frozen cut asparagus
2-1/2 oz. mushrooms, drained, sliced
2 Tbsp. butter, or 2 Tbsp. margarine
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. sesame seeds, toasted
Cooking Instructions
Cook frozen asparagus according to package directions. Drain well. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Gently stir in mushrooms, margarine and lemon juice. Cook until heated through. Turn mixture into serving bowl. Sprinkle with sesame seed.
