Ingredients

8 ounces plain flour
4 ounces butter or margarine
2 ounces sugar
1 egg
2 Tbsp. treacle
Ground ginger

Cooking Instructions

Cream the butter and sugar. Add the flour, egg and treacle and mix thoroughly. Use a tsp. to drop the mixture on to a greased baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for about 15 to 20 minutes.
