Scalloped Carrots
Ingredients
12 carrots
4 Tbsp. butter
4 Tbsp. flour
2 C. milk
1 onion, diced
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/2 C. Velveeta cheese, diced
1 tsp. mustard
1/8 tsp. pepper
crushed potato chips
Cooking Instructions
Slice carrots. Cook until tender, but not too soft. Make a white sauce with the butter, flour, and milk. Add onion, salt, pepper, mustard, and cheese. Pour carrots into a casserole dish. Top with crushed potato chips. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
