sauteed Chicken Breasts
Ingredients
4 chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
2 Tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 can tomato soup
1/2 C. water
hot cooked noodles
Cooking Instructions
On a waxed paper combine the flour and pepper and then coat the chicken with it. In a skillet, in hot oil, cook chicken for 10 minutes or until browned remove and set aside, spoon off the fat. In a skillet, combine soup and the water, heating to boiling. Return chicken to skillet, cover and cook over low heat for 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink stirring often. Serve over hot cooked noodles garnished with fresh basil and parmesan cheese.
