Sausage Stroganoff
Ingredients
1 pound pork sausages
1 C. onion, chopped
1 C. mushrooms
1 can tomato paste
3/4 C. water
1/2 C. wine
1 salt, pepper, garlic and dill
1 C. sour cream
1 Tbsp. flour
Cooking Instructions
Cook sausage, onion and mushrooms. Stir in tomato paste, water, wine and spices. Bring to boil. Reduce heat. Cover, simmer for 10 minutes. Combine sour cream and flour. Stir into meat mixture. Stir till thickened. Serve over noodles.
